A full renovation completed in 2008, preserved the character of the cottage while making it as comfortable as any contemporary home with all the amenities you need for a lovely vacation. The house's surface is approximately 1290 square feet (or 120 m²), and has one floor.

W ith its two bedrooms, it can accommodate up to four adults in comfort, plus two youngsters in the family room's pullout bed. The cottage is typical of the touraine original style, with stones of tuffeau of Loirer Valley and a slate roof. It features wooden ceiling beams, hardwood floors and a fireplace. It is furnished with country style.

T he house if tastefully decorated inside with spacious rooms and with beautifull views across the countryside in all directions. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils and all necessary equipment. It is open to the superb living and dining room. There is a flat-screen TV and sound system. A seperate WC is on the ground floor.

Terrace and Pool

T he pleasant outdoor heated swimming pool (mid May - Sept approx) is next to the large terrace exposed south. Garden furniture and a barbecue and a children's play area are available.

La Réserve is a truly beautiful place to spend a week or two. This is an excellent location for relaxation close to some very good local wineries and fun villages and of course the Chateau's for which this area is very well known.

First floor

B oth large and comfortable bedrooms are in the first floor. They are symetrics. One of them has a large canopy bed. This en suite room has nice bathroom with large shower, toilet, and washbasin. The other room has two single beds and a pullout bed and is en suite with a large shower, toilet, and washbasin.
